Default Billy Forsberg

Was surprised by this announcement today, and not too sure at first, but looking at his scores he looks good, and bear in mind he is only 18! He doubles up in the Swedish Leagues :

In Elitserien for Vastervik :

Home
4+1 (2)
5 (4)
8+1 (5)
5+2 (4)

Away
5+1 (2)
3+1 (3)
5 (3)
4+2 (3)

Average without bonus : 6.00
Average with bonus : 7.23

In Allsvenskan for Vargarna :

Home
11+3 (5)
13+2 (5)

Away
14+1 (6)
12+1 (5)

Average without bonus : 9.52
Average with bonus : 10.86

Very good numbers.

The more I think of it the more I think this is a good decision by the Belle Vue management. From good sources the rider was due to be Max but I had a feeling it may have fallen through when it was taking so long.

Max would have only been a short term signing, and it wouldn't of made much difference as we wouldn't of made the playoffs anyway. Signing this lad he becomes our assett, is only 18 so no where near his peak, would be on a lot less money then Max and is a long term signing. Hopefully being in the team with Antonio Lindback will help him and he knows Joe Screen and Kevin Doolan as he rides with them for Vargarna.

We can't expect too much from him at first though, hopefully after a few matches he will be scoring 4-5 points home & away.
