It looks as though the only change may be to re-sign Zorro (If it is allowed). What may be interesting is any improvements in the riding of Bjarne, Noddy, and DD now that they have passed the 12 match mark ?

It doesn't seem that long ago people were saying sign Charlie up,now they have and he's going through a bad patch everyone wants to show him the door. Can this forum not survive without a witch hunt for someone.
As for whether he is a good Captain,don't really see why one is needed anyway,any experience that can be passed on between riders or moral boosting should happen anyway within a team and not just put on the shoulders of 1 man,that just make him a scapegoat

I think we need a new captain,not sure who could do it but im not sure what dropping Charlie from the team would achieve to be honest.
OK he had a dreadful night last night,he hasnt been great away and i was gunning for him to be sacked last night as well,but realistically if we dropped him and say brought Hans in would it really improve us?

Charlie will win races again,his confidence is low at the moment but im sure he will sort it out,he has the ability and equipment to win races.
He knows how to win races.
Confidence is a strange thing as fast as it goes it can and will come flooding back.

i hope charlie does come good again. we all hit the bottom at some point look at jason at poole he hit the bottom he just need somet to boost his confidance and i think fand getting behind him more instead of slagging him off will do it. look what it did to joe. it made him think y sould i bother but look at him now he dont have the slagging off fans that he had on here. yes you are paying fans and you are entitled to your opinions but some times dont u think it makes the riders think y bother.

i know am guna get a backlag if ur a freeloader and all that now but i really think that you should all support your team instead of slatting your team. or at least if you are going to do it to do it to there faces and not behind there backs on a computer forum. lifes too short and them lads are risking there lives to give entertainment

Think we should try and support Charlie - clearly a huge loss of form and bearing in mind he is our asset rather than KK then it is Charlie ultimately we have to try and get right. I would try and support Charlie by taking the added extra weight of being captain of his shoulders so he can try and sort his own problems out.

Hard one to call who should be captain but I will stick my neck out and say James Wright - he again seems committed to Belle Vue and is a rider who I do think is at least always giving 100%.

Bad Selection by management for that role - Answer "Yes"

Charlie a nice guy and decent rider - Answer "Yes"

Will the Aces management do anything about it - "No"

I would ask if we really need a rider to be captain ? Perhaps we should have a non-riding captain (A role that CM should be filling). If we have a riding captain then they may be too worried about their own riding to be able to "Ginger-up" the rest of the team. I think that perhaps we need a motivator in the pits who can see where things are going wrong, and suggest what needs to be done. Obviously they would have to be a respected rider, who has been there, done that, and got the tee-shirt. Chris obviously fills the last para to perfection, but sadly Chris does not seem to be able to motivate the team. I suppose that Booey may have been trying to do that, but for some reason (I have no idea why) things did not work out.

Just a thought.

So we need a mr motivator!
