As far as I know , it`s pretty sure Patrick will be doing the Meeting in Germany on Sunday and not the Latvian Meeting, It was impossible logistically to do both

Maybe the FIM or however could have seen some sense and moved Patricks meeting to Motala , But we all know it does`nt generally work like that.

JS said they (FIM) wouldnt swop Patrick and K Bjerre who was happy to change, so it just shows how stubborn they can be.

Its nowt to do with being stubborn. If you get picked to ride at a certain track you ride it .Otherwise you will open the flood gates as other riders will try to come up with excuses to try to swap locations depending on the size and shape of the track you are picked to ride. I bet Bjerre would prefer the big track in Latvia like his home tracks in (Peterborough and Gdansk) compared to the one he has been drawn at so no wonder he is happy to swap

Swapping goes on a lot, Woffiden did his U21 at a different time so that he could be track reserve at Cardiff, so this practise goes on in every country.
