What do you mean not live? Of course it was live on Monday, matches on SKY are just starting later this year.

Rob, waht i mean is that according to www.oxford-speedway.co.uk i think that's the address it stated that the parade gets underway at 7.30 and the racing starts at 7.45. The coverage on Sky started at 8.00 so to me thats a 15 minute delay. so it wasn't live speedway.

No it just gets delayed at the track till SKY are ready, what you see on the screen is live. When we have SKY in 2 weeks it will still be advertised as 7:45 start but SKY don't go on air till 8:00 so everyone has to stand around till SKY are ready.

An interesting one!!!! I'm adamant last year a caption flashed on screen during a LIVE match showing a totally unexpected leader after 3 laps (shortly after they had gated), only for that rider to be in the lead after 3 laps and I remember wondering whether it was totally live!!! Anyway, as far as the armchair viewer is concerned - it is still "Live"!!!! Given, the amount of matches I can get to nowadays, 100% live or not, I'm grateful for any opportunity to see speedway!!!
