I thought it was a pretty good preview to be honest...we are pretty easy targets at the moment!!
Check out the Wolves web page from Rob's links and check out the Wolfcry section. They've written some good stuff (Beethens, very good)...proper speedway fans.
Think we are going to have the last laugh over them this season....they are living in a dream if they think Sam's the man this year.

How dare this lunatic write off our chances so early. Whichever plank, although entitled to an opinion, wrote that should go and shoot himself.

What a load of complete, misleading, off target and 16 miles from the bulls eye junk. Is he from the planet zog, did he see Elvis in Tescos?
Does he still wear nappies?

I think he does.

I shall respect any opinion, but is this a personal war against Belle Vue. I wish people would stop slating the Aces, it really gets up my shorts.

To be fair, that's not entirely what he's done. Read again:

1) "A solid enough looking line up which looks particularly strong at reserve. If Stonehewer rides, he will be a superb asset to have in that position. If Perrin opts not to use Stonehewer, they will finish bottom."

We are and we won't!!

2) "The top end of the side looks a little suspect. Crump is obviously a class act, but when Lyons has his occasional off day, who else will step up with a big score?"

This is fair comment. We have a number of potentially big scorers, but can we guarantee any of them will produce the goods when the chips are down, especially away from home? I hope Dryml and Johnno in particular can rise to the challenge, but they need to prove they can do it, week in week out.

3) "To be honest, this team has the look of one thrown together rather than assembled with any great masterplan in mind. I don

From that I can gather that he has attempted, in limited and infrequent bursts, to balance his argument.

He then goes on to tip us for a bottom place finish and compares us to Kings Lynn.

I take that as a contradiction.

Ladies and gentlemen, the guy is perfectly entitled to his opinion.
He does have some valid points, although he will look a right ****** in October when God's own team has finally risen from it's slumber and is very much back in business, ie. looking down at the rest of the Elite League from FIRST position.
I await his apology for his slanderous accusations, but I'll be too busy focussing on our own team to worry about outsider's points of view.
I was taught never to mock the afflicted.
